JEWELRY CARE INFORMATION

1. What is the best way to care for your jewelry?

Gently wipe with a soft 100% polishing cloth to maintain your jewelry's optimal shine.
Try not to wear your jewelry in the shower or pool, as the chlorine will stain it.
Make sure the perfume, body lotion, or cream you apply is dry before wearing your jewelry.
Sterling silver pieces can be cleaned with any of the commercially available anti-tarnish products.
Generally avoid exposure to harsh chemicals such as household products.

2. Is it safe to send jewelry in the mail?

Our shipments are sent by certified mail and are insured until delivery.

3. Is shipping free?

For all of Brazil we offer free delivery to other countries in Latin America, shipping is calculated at checkout.

5. How long does it take to receive my order?
Calculate the delivery time stated at checkout to obtain the actual deadline for your order.

6. How do I track my order once it has been shipped?

A shipping notification with a tracking number will be sent to you once we have shipped your order. To check the status of your shipment, please refer to the tracking number displayed in the email.

7. Am I responsible for my jewelry order while it is being shipped?

No, the shipment is insured by DUEROS until it reaches you.

9. Do you offer a guarantee for your products?

Yes, we offer a guarantee on all DUEROS products. DUEROS strives for the quality and craftsmanship of each product we manufacture. Please retain your original receipt for all warranty services that may occur. We agree to repair or exchange any item that we believe is damaged due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty explicitly excludes coverage for any physical/accidental wear and tear and/or abuse, loss and theft. Repairs or services carried out by third parties other than DUEROS will immediately void the warranty.

10. How long will I have to wait for a refund?

Please allow 5-10 business days for your credit to be processed upon receipt and inspection of the item(s). Refunds will be issued using the same payment type used for the original purchase.

11. How do I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
